I got a large Italian sub that was almost as big as my leg. It was delicious. Fresh meat and vegetables all on a Tripolis stick.

Fantastic pizza. You can tell there was a lot of thought, heart and effort into making it how it is. Best pizza in 20 mile radius that I know of for I go around to many places to see what's up. When you want pizza and want to feel rich this is the place. Great food. You can definitely know who stretches the pizza right , some handle the pizza the best like the owner for example, consistent. Lives up to the New York slice and the quality and texture and flavor is on point. Fantastic cheese. Hope their business continues to thrive and stick around forever.

First timer to LoConte’s and it is AWESOME!! Massive sandwich priced very fairly. The cutlets were exceptional, and the bread fresh and delicious! I met the owner, Paul. Great guy, great family. Real old-school Italian shop like the ones we grew up on in Eastie and the North Shore. Definite must visit!!

Great place with tried and true flavors. I typically get subs, but other menu items are great too. My only gripe is that they don't have a website and the menu is just random pictures that other reviewers posted online

Coming up from Brooklyn to visit family, I stopped in to get some Greek salads. And to see why they have 4.5 stars... Salad was nice with PLENTY of those deliciously briny kalamata olives... I also left with escarole soup, and Italian icees as well. As cliche as it sounds, the soup tasted homemade, like my grandma's...really tasted so good and hearty...A proper chicken tasting soup... Hard to explain nowadays that most things are processed... Must try it... Came back for the pizza and my son loved it. Basically it's two slices... Big!... Great cheessines and crust. The tirramisu was light and just right... Also had a turkey and ham and cheese sub... It was big! And tasty... We passed by a few times visiting, but so glad we didn't this time... I used to buy baseball cards here when I was ten years old when it was Matt's... Times have changed... Thankfully in a tasty way! Staff is very friendly as well... I wish I could take this place back to Brooklyn with us...

Despite the modest appearance of the establishment, including the somewhat dilapidated state of the building and facilities, as well as occasional parking challenges, the staff demonstrates commendable courtesy and helpfulness. The establishment offers a remarkable selection of exceptionally large and delectable subs. The value for money is truly exceptional. It is crucial to emphasize that the large-sized sub is exceptionally substantial, exceeding the size of other establishments' large subs by more than double, while the small-sized sub is still larger than most other establishments' large subs. There is no compromise on quality either, as the subs are not predominantly bread; for instance, the steak bomb sub has a substantial weight. I was only able to consume half of it, despite my usual ability to easily finish a large sub from other establishments. My friend's small Italian sub was equally impressive in size and appearance. Therefore, if you are able to overlook the unpolished exterior, the food is truly remarkable. I highly recommend this establishment and would gladly return. Please note that there is no dine-in option available; takeout is the only service provided. If you are seeking a substantial and satisfying sub, this establishment appears to be an ideal choice.

Better than Garlic Breath IMO, check them out, also when I saw the subs (OMG)!! They're big! ...next time, please check them out!!
